There are several different venues where you can compete with your dog in herding:

For the Border Collies, there are also the "traditional" trials, typically sponsored by the USBCHA (United States Border Collie Handlers Association). These trials are open to other breeds besides BCs - as long as they can cover the distances and handle sheep that are not necessarily dog broke.
